Dr. Eugene Fiorini and Professor Gail Marsella have been lifesavers for Casa Guadalupe Center. We wanted to obtain a grant to extend our after school program. With less than three weeks notice, Fiorini and Marsella helped design, write, and submit a successful $150,000 21st Century Community Learning Cohort 10 proposal to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. They subsequently developed the STEM curriculum, and then stayed with us throughout the pandemic, converting many of the STEM activities to online versions, contributing to the weekly educational materials being sent home, and developing training materials for Casa instructors. When it was time to develop the online educational portal for students, again Fiorini and Marsella immediately stepped forward to design and build the courseware. I am delighted they are moving forward with their consulting practice, Fiorini and Associates. We highly recommend them to family service organizations seeking to expand their programs through grants.
